BIO21 Molecular Science & Biotechnology Institute based in Parkville features 5 levels of open laboratories, workspaces, offices, breakout areas, circulation, coldrooms, chemical preparation and team zones.
Broz Contracting were able to achieve pressurised zone requirements as well as high level detail as demanded by Biomedical facilities. The building is laced with feature timber panels, planter boxes and perforated ceilings all of which were installed by Broz Contracting.
